Who we are

At beCAUSE It's me, we're more than just a brand; we're a force for hope and support! It all started in 2016, when I joined a company with a track record of raising funds for ACS Making Strides for Breast Cancer. I took over the pursuit with pride. Shortly after, my aunt was diagnosed with breast cancer the fight had more meaning. That first year, we raised $13k.

Then months before our 2017 fundraising season I was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer at the age of 31. I was determined to not let cancer slow me down. 1 week after being cleared, we launched our fundraising season on the local news. We raised over $20k that year and did it again in 2018.

As the years progressed and I changed companies, I never lost the drive to raise awareness and fundraise. I also was on the pursuit for fun, spirited ovarian cancer products. A mix of pride, humor and style.

beCAUSE it’s me was born.

You can purchase fun items, knowing that a guaranteed portion of your purchase is being donated to organizations that are truly making a difference. It was also important to me that I create opportunities for others to easily sell items for their own fundraising.

The more we raise funds and awareness the closer we get to a cure! I just want to do my part.
